THE annual Thornbury Christmas card is now on sale.
This year the card has been drawn by six-year-old Dylan MacIsaac from Manorbrook School, Thornbury, and features the town’s parish church of St Mary’s.
Every year Thornbury Town Council approaches a local primary school to submit designs for the card, and this year it was the turn of Manorbrook School.
Dylan’s winning design was picked by Thornbury town councillors from dozens of entries received from Manorbrook School.
Bob Griffin, mayor of Thornbury, said: "It's always a difficult decision choosing the winning design but this year we have St Mary's Church on the cards and the printers have done a really good job.
"The cards are never sold for profit just to cover costs, and are a good opportunity to promote both Thornbury and the chosen school."
The card is now on sale from Thornbury Town Hall and costs £4 for 10 cards, or 40p per card.
